HC Deb 03 June 1986 vol 98 c431W
Mr. Dalyell

asked the Attorney-General, pursuant to the answer of 20 May, if he will state the reasons why no attempt was made to bring to the United Kingdom the Cypriot national alleged by the prosecution to be a KGB agent, to appear at the trial of service men from 9 Signals Regiment; and if he will make a statement.

The Attorney-General

It is not the practice to give reasons why individuals were, or were not, called to give evidence in a particular case.
