asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will provide additional funding for the Health Education Council to enable wider circulation of its "Guide to Healthy Eating".

The costs associated with this publication were included in the council's estimated expenditure for 1986–87. We would normally expect printing or distribution above the planned level to be contained within the council's resource allocation.
