§ The Attorney-GeneralPresumably the hon. Member is referring to the visit to Cyprus by three Metropolitan police officers in March and April 1984. The officers went to Cyprus in order to investigate, within the sovereign base area, allegations that service men in 9 Signals Regiment had committed offences under the Official Secrets Acts.
