Mr. Irving

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list those persons and organisations who have commented on the draft prepared by the Mental Health Act Commission of the code of practice referred to in section 118 of the Mental Health Act; if he will set out the procedure by which these comments will be considered; and when he anticipates laying copies of the code of practice before Parliament.
