asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will pay an official visit to Antrim Royal Ulster Constabulary police station.

I make regular visits to RUC stations. It is not, however, my practice to give details of such visits in advance.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if special circumstances exist which render visits by hon. Members or dignitaries to Antrim Royal Ulster Constabulary police station more difficult than to other comparable police stations in Northern Ireland; and if he will make a statement.

[pursuant to his reply, 17 July 1986, c. 619]: Although this is a matter for the Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, I understand that the information is not readily available and it could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.

(2) how many notifications of (a) parades, (b) demonstrations, (c) major sporting events and (d) other major events the Royal Ulster Constabulary received which were scheduled to take place in Antrim during the afternoon of Saturday 7 June;

(3) how many notifications of (a) parades, (b) demonstrations, (c) major sporting events and (d) other major events the Royal Ulster constabulary received which were scheduled to take place in Antrim during the morning of Saturday 7 June.
