§ Mr. MellorThe latest available information on findings of guilt for motoring offences, by type of offence, is published in table 5 of Home Office Statistical Bulletin 389W 28/85 "Offences Relating to Motor Vehicles, England and Wales". In 1984, there were about 5,000 findings of guilt for offences of dangerous or reckless driving and nearly 2 million findings of guilt for all motoring offences.
