§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe inspector's report following the public inquiry into proposals for extending the M3 from Bar End near Winchester to the M27 was received last month. Although it will take some time to consider all the issues discussed at the inquiry, we will do so as quickly as possible. I hope to be able to announce decisions by the end of the year.
