§ Mr. Giles ShawI understand that the Chief Constable of Merseyside has circulated to other chief officers of police, for their information, a copy of the judgment of the Court of Appeal in the case of Rv Clarke, in which the court dismissed an appeal against conviction under section 5(1)(a) of the Firearms Act 1968.
