§ Mr. Peter BottomleyReturn of actual expenditure on highway maintenance are submitted by individual highway authorities to the Department in relation to their area as a whole. Prior to April 1986 the highway authority for Bradford was West Yorkshire metropolitan county council. I regret I cannot give details of maintenance expenditure within Bradford for this period.
