§ 53. Mr. Wattsasked the Minister for the Arts what steps he is taking to promote co-operation on public lending rights in the European Community.
§ Mr. LuceDuring the United Kingdom Presidency of the Community consideration will be given to a resolution encouraging the establishment of other national public lending right schemes, with a view to introducing reciprocal arrangements such as already exist between the United Kingdom and the Federal Republic of Germany.
