§ Mr. RifkindAt 10 April 1986, the latest date for which information is available, the number of men, women and young persons (conventionally 16 and 17-year-olds) who were unemployed in the Glasgow Rutherglen parliamentary constituency and claiming benefit and who had been unemployed for six months or more, is shown in the table. Information on a constituency basis is not available prior to June 1983.
