§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will publish details of the proposed new authorisation for radioactive liquid discharges from British Nuclear Fuels plc plant at Sellafield.
§ Mr. Waldegrave[pursuant to his reply, 30 April 1986, c. 414]: The new authorisation limiting liquid radioactive discharges from Sellafield has been issued jointly by my Department and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and comes into effect today. I have arranged for copies to be placed in the Library of the House.
