§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he has received any representations from local authorities or individuals about the interim budget issued by the London Residuary Body; and if he will make a statement;
(2) when the final budget of the London Residuary Body will be published;
(3) if he or his Department have had any discussions with the London Residuary Body over its interim budget.
