When they expect Sir Cyril Philips to complete his next annual report on the operation of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1984.

Sir Cyril Philips has undertaken a comprehensive programme of visits and has consulted a number of organisations interested in the operation of the prevention of terrorism legislation. Observations from any other interested persons or organisations may be sent to him direct or received on his behalf by the Home Office, F.4 Division, by 24th January. My right honourable friend the Home Secretary hopes to make the report public later this month.
