§ Mr. John PattenMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment received representations last summer from the hon. Member for Southwark and Bermondsey (Mr. Hughes) and one of his constituents about the future funding of the Southwark law project. They were both informed that it is for the London borough of Southwark to decide how best to replace the urban programme funding when its time expires in 1987.
