§ Mr. Lyellasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report in respect of each local authority area participating in the partnership programme and each other designated district the number of local authority dwellings which have been empty for more than 12 months and the amount of derelict land shown in the derelict land register.
