§ Mr. Kenneth BakerSubject to parliamentary approval of the necessary Supplementary Estimate, this will be financed by an increase of £9.5 million in the cash limit for Class VIII, Vote 4 from £70.42 million to £79.92 million, and from £1.0 million savings within that Vote. The cash limit for the DOE-NTI cash block is being reduced by £10.962 million, from £115.53million to £126.492 million, £1.462 million of which is being used to offset the additional capital allocation to Bradford city council as I announced in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Bradford, North (Mr. Lawler) on 7 February, at column264.
