HC Deb 25 February 1986 vol 92 c490W
Mr. Wheeler

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, further to his reply of 20 February, Official Report, column 340, he will give further details of the financing of the additional resources he has announced for the National Heritage Memorial Fund.

Mr. Kenneth Baker

Subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary Supplementary Estimate, this will be financed by an increase of £9.5 million in the cash limit for Class VIII, Vote 4 from £70.42 million to £79.92 million, and from £1.0 million savings within that Vote. The cash limit for the DOE-NTI cash block is being reduced by £10.962 million, from £115.53million to £126.492 million, £1.462 million of which is being used to offset the additional capital allocation to Bradford city council as I announced in reply to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Bradford, North (Mr. Lawler) on 7 February, at column264.
