§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list all the directions, concerning proposed local plans, that have been issued by his Department since May 1979, give the date, to local authorities under section 14(3) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
§ Mr. Kenneth BakerOne direction has been issued by my Department under section 14(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971. This was given on 28 January 1986 to the London borough of Southwark in respect of the north Southwark local plan. A direction under section 14(3A) of the Act was given to Berwick-upon-Tweed borough council on 20 February 1985 in respect of the Berwick-upon-Tweed town local plan.
