§ Baroness TrumpingtonA number of changes in the supplementary benefit regulations will be required to give effect to the uprating of benefit rates in July. My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for Social Services has also referred today for consultation with the Social Security Advisory Committee draft regulations amending the rules for single payments.
