§ Mr. TrippierNo such application has, I understand, been received by the Manpower Services Commission. It is for each education authority to decide whether it wishes to submit proposals for support under the initiative. I am glad to say that 73 of the 116 education authorities in England, Scotland and Wales are already involved and a further 25 are seeking to participate.
