§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 14 February 1986, c. 583]: There are no available statistics on the productive capacity of the man-made fibre industry.
§ Mr. Nicholas Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what has been the volume and value of man-made fibre imports in each of the last five years from (a) other member countries of the European Economic Community, (b) non-European Economic Community European countries and (c) the United States of America; and how these figures compare with United Kingdom exports of such products to each of those countries in each of those years;
(2) what has been the volume and value of man-made fibre exports in each of the last five years for which figures are available.
