§ Mr. Merchantasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what steps he is taking to ensure that all schools in England are publishing examination results information in accordance with the Education (School Information) Regulations 1981.
§ Mr. DunnThe regulations impose a duty on local education authorities and governing bodies to publish such information. It would not be possible for the Department to monitor the discharge of this duty in all schools, but any failure that came to the Department's attention would be pursued.
