§ Mr. Wyn RobertsNo, although at the November 1985 meeting of the Commission for Racial Equality's Welsh consultative committee, which an official of the Welsh Office attends, an official of the commission gave a brief and general account of an industrial tribunal case where the Welsh language was an issue.
