§ Mr. Wyn RobertsNo provision is made for advance factory building in New Quay in the 1986–87 construction 321W programme of the Development Board for Rural Wales which I approved last month. Two factories are to be built in Ceredigion, both in Aberystwyth. Building programmes for the years after 1986–87 have yet to be determined.
