§ Mr. Irvingasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what progress has been made in implementing improvements in the Cl unit at Holloway prison.
§ Mr. Mellor[pursuant to his reply, 24 January 1986, c. 324]: A design brief for improvements to the present Cl unit has been agreed and the necessary design work is in hand. It is hoped that work will start at the end of February.
