§ Mr. Giles ShawAlthough Vauxhall has undertaken a significant amount of component resourcing into the United Kingdom, it has been affected by exchange rate movements and now expects to achieve only a 50 per cent. level of United Kingdom content in its cars and car-derived vans by the second quarter of next year. We shall be pressing hard for an improvement in this situation.
