§ Mr. Sedgemoreasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to secure the publication of the report of the European Commission on human rights which is going to the Committee of Ministers into complaints brought against the British Government on corporal punishment in schools by Ms. Karen Warwick and her mother, constituents of the hon. Member for Hackney, South and Shoreditch.
