The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Young)
The information requested by the noble Baroness is given in the following table. The figures, and the order in which missions are listed, may be altered by late payments. The table also includes those international organisations which have incurred unpaid fines.
The annual rate for the most recent quarter was 23,348, or only 21 per cent. of the total for 1984 [108,932]. We welcome this very significant improvement and hope it will be continued in the future.
