asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will raise at the next meeting of the Management Committee the question of seeking an assurance from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics that the subsidised food provided from European Economic Community stockpiles is not used for military purposes; and if he will make a statement.
