LVP Clerk Clwyd Mr. A. J. Cogher Dyfed Mr. D. O. Evans Gwent & Powys Mr. H. F. Frowen Gwynedd Mr. D. Pritchard Jones Mid & South Glamorgan Mr. B. McCarthy West Glamorgan Mr. D. A. Richards Messrs. D. O. Evans and D. Pritchard Jones are competent to deal with their work through the medium of the Welsh language. It is for each panel to decide its policy in relation to undertaking its business through the medium of the Welsh language. All Welsh LVPs may use the services of an interpreter whenever necessary.
