§ Mr. Alan ClarkIn October the British Overseas Trade Board offered assistance for Technology '87 under the joint venture scheme to its Area Advisory Group, British Overseas Trade Group for Israel, the sponsoring organisation. Confirmation of this offer is dependent upon the firm commitment of a minimum group of 10 companies by the end of December. As with all JVs, it is the sponsoring organisation's task to recruit and organise the British presence. Publicity for the JV has been given in "British Business."
