§ Mr. David MitchellBetween 1 June 1982 and 5 December 1986 this Department received four representations about the re-introduction of train services in London. Three concerned the line which British Rail propose to re-open between Farringdon and Blackfriars stations via the Snow Hill tunnel. The other concerned the Finsbury park to Alexandra palace line which was closed in 1954.
