Mr. Jacksonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the companies in which the Government retained, at the time of first privatisation, a golden share with special voting rights, indicating in each case the period of applicability of such special rights and whether such rights have subsequently been varied; and if he will place in the Library particulars of the terms and conditions of issue of each such golden share, details of the special rights and of any subsequent changes.
