Whether they plan to offer further aid to the Government of St. Lucia.

My right honourable friend the Minister for Overseas Development (Mr. Raison) has informed the Government of St. Lucia that we are prepared to make available an interest-free loan of £5 million as part of the Independence Settlement, for expenditure over about five years, on capital projects to be agreed between our two Governments.
