§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the level of monetary compensatory amounts payable in each EEC country at the present time; and what information he has about extra payments being made by West Germany and other EEC countries to raise the return to their farmers.
§ Mr. Gummer[pursuant to his reply, 25 April 1986, c. 248]: The monetary compensatory amount percentages applicable in each member state on 25 April are:

This and other state aids paid by member states are monitored by the European Commission to ensure that they are compatible with the treaty.
