§ 45. Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he has any proposals to introduce regulations governing payment of supplementary benefit to claimants in three-bedded residential homes.
§ Mr. NewtonResidential care homes with less than four residents are not required to be registered under the Registered Homes Act 1984. Supplementary benefit regulations already include provisions governing the payment of benefit to people in these homes.
