§ Sir George YoungThe register referred to contains records of unused and under-used land owned by public bodies and is compiled under powers set out in part X of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980. My right hon. Friend has no powers to make orders relating to derelict land. Information about land on the land registers is as follows:
