§ Mr. Alfred Morris
asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is now in a position to make a statement about the future use of Baguley Hall in south Manchester, further to his letter to the right hon. Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe, of 28 January and the letter to the right hon. Member from the chairman of English Heritage dated 25 March.
§ Mr. Tracey
A decision on the future of Baguley Hall is dependent upon further discussions between Manchester city council and the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission. I understand that the commission is awaiting confirmation of a date for a meeting.
