asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when his Department intends to publish the findings of the study it commissioned from the Housing Research Group concerning the implementation of the Tenants' charter provisions of the Housing Act 1980.

My right hon. Friend has no plans to publish the full report, though the researchers planned their own publication of this.
