(2) how many dentists during the years 1976 to 1985 entered the United Kingdom by immigration from the EEC, Commonwealth countries and elsewhere; and how many of these entered general dental services;
(3) how many dentists left the general dental services in the years 1976 to 1985 and in relation to the numbers entering the services in these years; and what was the net increase or decrease to the services in each of the years.
