§ The Attorney-GeneralOn 19 March 1984 it was decided to send an official from the Director of Public Prosecutions' office to Cyprus. He arrived the next day. On 22 March 1984 it was decided to send a second official. He arrived on 25 March 1984. It is not the practice to name civil servants involved in individual cases.

§ The Attorney-GeneralOn 15 March 1984 the Director of Public Prosecutions decided to ask the Metropolitan police to send Special Branch officers to Cyprus. The director had already been informed on 13 March 1984 by the Metropolitan police that three officers had been allocated to the case.
