§ Mr. LeeRecruiting levels for the Territorial Army continue to give cause for satisfaction, having shown a steady increase over the past five years. I am aware, however, of the need to maintain this momentum and a number of initiatives have been put into effect in the areas of public relations and the promotion of employer awareness to this end.
