§ Mrs. ChalkerI refer the hon. Member to the evidence on European Political Co-operation which my right hon. and learned Friend gave the Foreign Affairs Committee of this House on 11 December, which has now been published. The House will have an opportunity to consider the new treaty provisions on European political co-operation when the Single European Act and the European Communities (Amendment) Bill are before it on the occasion of the Second Reading of the Bill.
