§ Mr. MellorMy right hon. Friend has received representations for the amendment of the Act; particular attention has been focused on ensuring that its provisions allow the fullest protection to be afforded to the most vulnerable groups in society, such as children. A number of wide issues are raised and he has no plans at present for changes, but the position as a whole is being kept under review.
