§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Lucas of Chilworth)The Government will participate fully ir the work of the specialised agencies of the United Nations which administer the international copyright conventions, particularly the World Intellectual Property Organisation. We will also pursue other available opportunites to combat international copyright piracy.
