§ Sir George YoungWhere a local authority or new town dwelling is being sold to a tenant who has the right to buy the sale must include any garage let together with or used for the purposes of the dwelling. The Department has made it possible for local authorities and development corporations to sell garages to other categories of purchaser on a voluntary basis, at a discount where appropriate.
