§ Mr. Mark RobinsonFigures for 1984–85 are still being collected. For 1983–84 the gross expenditure under section 137, by counties and districts in Wales, was £3.993 million; the net expenditure was £3.102 million. Expenditure under section 137 by community councils is not held centrally.
