§ Mr. NewtonI am pleased to say that we have published a handbook of guidance for adjudicating medical practitioners on severe disablement allowance. The handbook was issued last year in draft form to various voluntary organisations representing disabled people, and has been revised in the light of the many helpful and constructive comments they have made. I have arranged for copies of the handbook to be placed in the Library.
