§ Mr. ChannonNo. I intend to honour the specific commitment we have already entered into in respect of this outward mission, which is due to set out within the next month. But, in line with the agreement reached by Commonwealth leaders in Nassau, the BOTB will not be providing financial support for trade missions to South Africa thereafter.
