§ Mrs. ChalkerWe are considering the curtailment of some of the independent decision making powers of the engineer (our consultants) in future road construction contracts. We have recently invited comments on our proposals from the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Association of Consulting Engineers and the Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors.
